Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications published by Pierre Lauprêtre (« we », « us »), including Cube Timer, Derivatives, Switch and AndRocket (the « Apps »). We take your privacy seriously and only process the minimum data needed to provide the Apps.

Data stored on your device

The Apps store your settings and game data (e.g. timer results, scores, mission progress, preferences) locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us, except for the optional cloud features described below.

Advertising

Some Apps (Cube Timer, Derivatives, AndRocket) display ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and usage data, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and the AdMob policies. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Apps ask for your consent (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. The paid « Pro » versions remove ads.

Purchases

In-app purchases (e.g. the Pro version) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details; they are handled by Google.

Google Play Games Services (AndRocket)

AndRocket can optionally connect to Google Play Games Services for sign-in, leaderboards, achievements and cloud saved games. If you choose to sign in, your game progress and scores are stored in your Google account through Google Play Games. This is optional; the game is fully playable without signing in.

User-submitted content (AndRocket)

AndRocket lets you optionally upload custom missions you create. When you do, the mission file and any comment you add are sent to our server so they can be shared. Do not include personal information in missions or comments.

Data we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account with us, and we do not collect your name, email or contacts. We do not sell your personal data.

Children

The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age required by law in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your choices

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings, withdraw ad consent from within the Apps (where applicable), and remove ads entirely by buying the Pro version. Uninstalling an App removes its local data from your device.
